Roundtrip airfare to and from Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR).

Transportation into town for day trips to Sayulita (taxi cab or golf cart).
Personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance (recommended).

Airport: Puerto Vallarta (PVR) — Mexico
Flight times: Guests should book an arrival flight that lands no later than 4:30 PM and a departure flight that takes off no earlier than 11:00 AM.
Drive Time: Approximately 45 minutes from PVR airport to our luxury hotel!
Passport: Please confirm your passport is current and not expiring within 6 months of the retreat.
Safety: Sayulita is known for its safety, nestled within the Nayarit region of Mexico. The La Joya Retreat Center, located on the edge of town, offers a private, gated sanctuary along the seaside.
Currency: Most businesses in town accept American dollars and credit cards, although it's encouraged to exchange some money for pesos, as some vendors may not accept USD, or it’s nice for tipping. We hear ATMs are available in town, and credit card charges typically incur up to 5% in some places.

Fab! The rooms are spacious with one large King sized bed, so if ya’ll are down to be bed-mates, you can save $1k each and share a room! Just email magic@workwomb.com to set up a shared accommodation checkout.

All levels are welcome! We all learn from each other. I think you will get the most from this retreat if you have an established business or biz idea, but I truly believe that we all have something to bring to the table, and if you are feeling the pull, then this is where you are meant to be. This is SO not a performative fitness bootcamp type of retreat. We will engage in mindful movement for all bodies and abilities, expect to sweat (we are in the jungle afterall), but no yoga experience required!

There’s a whole rocky beach so you will be fine! Jk, the chef’s are super literate in diets and allergies, we will send out some paperwork so you can share with the hotel team exactly what you can and cannot eat.

Cancellations before August 1st 2025: You can apply all funds paid to other Workwomb offers, like a “credit” on your Workwomb account, less a $300 cancelation fee.

Yes! There will be nature breaks mid-afternoon for you to choose a solo trip to town, or bring a new pal to check out some waves. We have intentionally set most programming am and pm so you have time to sneak away without missing the meat of the retreat!

I scouted out this location with my 3yo in tow and she LOVED it! That said, there are steep stairs, rocky beaches and lots of gorgeous but sharp drop-offs that make this an all-hands-on-deck spot for little ones. The intention of this retreat is for women to gather and really tap into some rest and inspo, so if bringing a baby or kiddo/partner would make this trip possible for you, just let us know before you sign up!
