Biz Club Member Agreement and Community Guidelines

 

Biz Club Member Agreement:

This agreement is made between Biz Club and the Member. 

The Biz Club program in which you are able to enroll includes the following:

  • Access to our private Biz Club community on the Circle platform, where you can chat with other members and get support. 

  • 1 Live Ceremony per quarter

  • 1 Live Office Hour sessions per month

  • 1 Live Lab Training (this is recorded and posted on the platform for re-watching) per month

  • A few bonus guest speakers sprinkled throughout the year (this is recorded and posted on the platform for re-watching)

Perks for Biz Club VIP annual members include all of the above and in addition:

  • Quarterly mastermind calls

  • Access to the #ask-abbi space where you can tag Abbi for direct feedback. She answers questions once per week.

  • Access to our full Workwomb library housing Ritual for Riches™, Monday Magic Method™ & Dreamcasting™ and all other workshops & content - (value $2,793)

Payment:

Your credit card will be kept on file and charged monthly ($97 USD a month) or annually ($999 USD a year) until you cancel. The start date of your membership is the date you join your current membership tier, and this is the date on which your card will be charged each month. All payments are non-refundable. 

Refunds:

Please note that due to the nature of this product, no refunds will be issued after purchase. In the event of a cancellation, full Biz Club access will remain available until the end of the monthly or annual billing cycle.

To complete cancellation, member agrees to complete 2 tasks:

  1. Give written notice no less than 3 business days (M-F) before next payment date via email to BIZCLUB@WORKWOMB.COM or DM Biz Club Concierge on Circle, AND

  2. Complete a super quick exit survey to cancel your membership.

Confidentiality: All materials and information shared in this program are confidential and the property of Workwomb. Members may not copy, share or distribute any of these materials outside of the membership. This encompasses both written and audio content and is included but not limited to, discussion posts, downloadable content, and recorded videos.

In no event is this program or its leaders responsible for consequential or special damages. Please also keep in mind that this program does not serve as a substitute for the advice of any other professional, such as a healthcare worker or doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. Outside of live gatherings, this program does not offer any exclusive or one-to-one access with Abbi Miller. We also reserve the right to remove members from the club at any time due to reasons of hateful or harmful speech or energetic misalignment. Members removed for this reason will not receive a refund of any kind. 

Terms of this agreement are subject to change and we reserve the right to do so.

Biz Club Community Guidelines: 

  • All information included in the program and shared by members is to be kept within the group and cannot be shared or distributed outside of Biz Club.

  • This is a safe, inclusive space to be you. We thrive on kindness and compassion. Please be respectful in the language, tone, and content of your posts. Any hateful comments & members will be removed. Let’s keep the energy of this space supportive!

  • In addition to inclusivity, we do not support a particular religion or dogma around biz. You do you. Please respect our diversity.

  • We are here to lift each other’s businesses up. No unsolicited pitches or self-promotion, pretty please. If another member directly asks for recommendations and you have a trusted source or lead, then we encourage you to offer that up!

  • Abbi will be facilitating and coaching on all her live calls, but if you have additional biz coaching Q's that you’d like more support on, upgrade to VIP and you gain access to the #ask-abbi space where you can tag Abbi for direct feedback. She answers questions here once per week.
